Many parents recognize the importance of contributing extra funds to enhance students’ educational experiences. For families unable to participate in traditional fundraising, joining Family Sponsor is a simple and meaningful way to support the PTA. Every contribution count, and all families are encouraged to take part in PTA events.

Your donation directly supports PTA programs throughout the school year, including student enrichment activities, senior scholarships, teacher grants, and community support initiatives. Together with the Campus Improvement Team, the PTA ensures these resources are allocated where they are needed most.

Donation matching programs are popular with companies across the country for a reason. Effective matching gift programs offer several benefits.

What does gift matching mean? 

Gift matching, or donation matching, is when an employer matches their employees’ charitable contributions, multiplying the impact of the original donation.

A 1:1 match ratio is common, meaning a company will make an equal donation to a nonprofit. If an employee contributes $50, the employer will contribute an additional $50 for a total donation of $100.

Beverly Cheatham Elementary School, part of the Allen Independent School District, is home to more than 600 students.

The Cheatham PTA invites community businesses to partner with us in supporting our students, teachers, staff, and families by making a financial contribution for the 2025–2026 school year.
