While school is out, our PTA Board is busy preparing for the upcoming year through training, planning, and skill-building to better serve our school community. Information about our 2026–2027 Executive Board can be found below.

At Beverly Cheatham Elementary PTA, we are committed to advocating for all children and families in our Cheatham community. Every voice matters, and we are dedicated to supporting every child in reaching their full potential

Our 2025–2026 PTA membership year is now closed. Membership renewal for the 2026–2027 school year will begin after our annual financial reconciliation, and reporting process is complete.

A Volunteer is required to apply each school year, AFTER July 1st.

For the 2026-2027 school year, the application will be open after July 8th.

2. Click Volunteer Application.
3. Log in to your account.
4. Review and update any information that has changed since last year.
5. Submit your application.
