Arts in Education

Arts in Education is a long-standing priority for PTA, and working to incorporate the arts into daily learning contributes to growth and education of the whole child. Visit Allen ISD Council of PTAs or Texas PTA for more information on Arts in Education programs.

PTA Reflections is a nationally acclaimed student recognition program to encourage artistic creativity in the classroom and at home. Students of all grades and abilities may participate and explore the arts based on the yearly theme.

The Allen Arts Festival is organized by the Allen Arts Alliance in cooperation with Watters Creek. Proceeds from the festival are distributed back to the ArtSparks/ArtsReach program and to other non-profit arts organizations under their umbrella.

Cheatham Press

Author program where students can have their book on display in the school library!  Books can be taken home once the student graduates or leaves Cheatham.
